Kuen Kee Won Ton Noodle

Gwon Gi Un Tan Myeon on Hong Kong Island is a wonton noodle shop. The wontons are filled with shrimp, and you can choose between yellow noodles and white noodles. In the morning the wontons are wrapped by hand, and you order by looking at photos inside the restaurant. The chili oil is much spicier than at other shops, so add only a very small amount.
