Siu Yuk Ming Dim is a dumpling shop near Jordan Station that sells takeout dim sum including har gow, siu mai and cheung fun. The har gow holds whole shrimp and the siu mai is packed with shrimp, served in plastic containers ready to eat. Orders come out quickly, and payment is by cash or Octopus card only. There is no English menu and only Chinese is spoken, so ordering means pointing at photos or dishes by hand.
