Jade Garden

Jade Garden is a Chinese restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, on the 4th floor of Star House, where diners eat dongpo pork and Beijing duck while looking out at the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront at night. Its signature dishes include crab meat fried noodles and dim sum, and the dim sum set for two comes with two pieces each of six varieties. On a Saturday evening, food took 30 minutes to arrive after ordering, and the Beijing duck had to be waited for even after the dongpo pork was finished. Items that were not ordered have appeared on the bill.
