Hokkaido Soup Curry Suage serves Hokkaido-style soup curry and curry udon in Mong Kok, near the escalator on the fourth floor of Langham Place on Argyle Street. The Suage Special includes six vegetables such as Japanese pumpkin, eggplant, potato and broccoli, along with a crispy chicken thigh skewer, karaage and braised pork, and the spice level can be chosen in stages. The soy milk chicken broth pork udon comes with pork, a soft-boiled egg, eggplant and corn on chewy udon noodles. Its broth has a lighter aroma and thinner consistency than regular curry.
