Hikiniku to Come

Hikiniku to Come is a Japanese hamburger steak restaurant in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, on Canton Road. Each meal comes with three patties grilled over charcoal from 100% raw beef, along with white rice, miso soup, and a raw egg. Customers pay at a ticket machine before entering, and once seated at the bar, staff bring the patties one at a time as the meal progresses. Reservations are difficult to get, the seats are narrow, and there are no windows, so the dining space is on the dark side.
