Hansikjjang JJANG serves Korean dishes in Hong Kong, including jokbal, jjamppong, sundubu and naengmyeon. The jokbal banban comes as a half-and-half order of original and spicy, and the naengmyeon is served with cold broth. The restaurant uses ingredients brought in from Korea and makes its own kimchi, kkakdugi, cucumber muchim and kongnamul. The dining room is large enough for group seating, and the hours between lunch and dinner are quieter.
