Haohuang Dim Sum Gongfang is a dim sum shop on the second floor food court of Tai Koo City Center in Quarry Bay. It serves large shrimp har gow and siu mai, along with custard buns, shrimp cheung fun, and barbecue dim sum. Customers receive a QR code at entry and order on their phones. At lunch a line forms and the wait can be about 30 minutes.
