GOODATE Shabu Shabu

GOODATE Shabu Shabu occupies the 13th floor of Langham Place in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, and serves unlimited shabu shabu with individual pots for each diner. The signature course includes unlimited thinly sliced beef offcuts, grain-fed beef, pork shoulder, and chicken thigh, with a choice of broths such as maeuntang (spicy fish stew), tomato, or sukiyaki. For 90 minutes, diners use a self-service bar with vegetables, mushrooms, meatballs, noodles, and tofu, along with drink and dessert corners and a self-service ice cream machine. Guests take the elevator up from the first floor, and there are storage baskets under the seats and free aprons at the entrance.
