Genki Sushi (MOKO)

Genki Sushi (MOKO) is a sushi chain shop in the MOKO mall in Mong Kok. It focuses on salmon and shrimp sushi and sashimi, and orders are placed by choosing from the menu with a phone QR code. A model high-speed train carries the ordered food to the table, and the train returns once the food is picked up. The sushi rice comes apart easily, the shapes are uneven, and some menu items are sold out.
