Duddell's is a Michelin one-star restaurant in Central, Hong Kong, serving dim sum and Chinese dishes. It offers several kinds of dim sum, including har gow, and a dim sum brunch on weekends. The lunch course takes about an hour and a half, and diners can choose between the third-floor dining room and the fourth-floor salon. The salon is on the noisy side.
