Aqua is a rooftop bar and restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui where guests have cocktails, sashimi and pizza while looking out at Hong Kong Island. Servers recommend the aged sashimi, and pizza and steak are also served. The upstairs bar is not large, so when it is full guests wait at the stand bar, which has a view of Hong Kong Island.
