Tokachi Milky

Tokachi Milky is a dessert shop on the first floor of K11 Musea in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, selling ice cream and choux made with Hokkaido Tokachi milk from Japan. It serves an ice cream cup that adds hojicha puree and a not-too-sweet jelly to a soft serve made with Tokachi milk. For a limited period it offers strawberry matcha and hojicha series, and also sells choux and dorayaki. When customers crowd in, the line gets long and an order can take about 20 minutes.
