Tealosophy Tea Bar is a Japanese-style tea specialist in Central, Hong Kong, at 38 Wyndham Street. It serves Shizuoka matcha and other teas alongside matcha cake and apple matcha yogurt. Staff explain each tea and menu item, and re-steep the tea two to three times on request. The menu centers on tea with a small selection of desserts and light meals, so the range of choices is not wide.
