Sweets House Cha Cha is a dessert shop in the third-floor food court of Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It sells matcha and Hokkaido milk soft ice cream and obanyaki. The signature matcha soft cream is rich and creamy, and it is not very sweet. Obanyaki comes in custard and red bean versions, and the matcha smoothie can be ordered with soft cream on top.
