Starssy Square Bakery is a bakery in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, selling pudding egg tarts, bread, and pastries. The signature pudding egg tart is tall, with smooth egg custard and a cookie-like crisp tart shell. The egg tarts can be bought warm if you arrive at the time they come out of the oven, and they are fine eaten cold or reheated. Quantities are limited, so they sell out if you go late.
