Sang Roastery (Central)

Sang Roastery (Central) is a roastery cafe next to PMQ in Central where you choose beans and order filter coffee or espresso drinks. Filter coffee is ordered by bean selection, the dirty comes as espresso poured over cold milk, and an oat milk iced latte is also available. The interior is air-conditioned, with seats made of wood and stone looking out through windows onto the street. Artists and staff from nearby galleries come and go, so it is sometimes loud.
