Red Cherry Bakery

Red Cherry Bakery is a traditional bakery in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, selling egg tarts, Hong Kong-style bread, and cookies. The egg tarts combine a slightly salty biscuit crust with a less sweet custard, and almond sticks and butterfly pastries are sold as well. In the morning most of the bread is freshly baked and warm, and egg tarts keep coming out of the oven even when the shop is crowded. The bread other than the egg tarts is old-fashioned and plain.
