MingCha Tea House

MingCha Tea House is a tea shop in an industrial building in Chai Wan, Hong Kong, selling Chinese tea and hosting tastings and workshops. It covers jasmine-scented tea balls and tea pairing, and shows a way of drinking tea from martini glasses. Vivian and Vanessa lead tasting sessions, explaining the origin and characteristics of the tea and how to brew it. The tasting sessions are structured as classes for learning Chinese tea culture.
