Mammy Pancake (Central) is a dessert shop inside Central Market in Central, Hong Kong, selling Hong Kong-style egg waffles. It offers original, chocolate chip, double cheese, and Earl Grey egg waffles, which come out crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Matcha sometimes sells out and is replaced with original. The shop is small with no seating, and waits run about 25 minutes during busy hours.
