Kafulin Gallery Dessert is a small dessert shop in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, selling matcha, hojicha and milk ice cream. Its affogato series centers on ice cream served cold with espresso, and a ginger espresso affogato is also available. The matcha ice cream has a strong flavor and a smooth texture that does not melt easily. A milk ice cream with a deep milk flavor is also offered.
