Gong Fu Teahouse

Gong Fu Teahouse is a tea shop in AIRSIDE in Kai Tak, near the MTR station entrance. Its signature gong fu cha fish skin ice cream comes with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, hot gong fu cha brewed on the spot, and fried eel skin. Staff brew the tea in front of you and either pour it over the ice cream themselves or let you pour it. The price is high.
