EGG PUFFS PUFFLIFE is a street snack shop on Soy Street in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, selling egg waffles, grid cakes and drinks. The menu includes takoyaki egg waffles with octopus and seaweed flakes, and grid cakes filled with 100% pistachio spread and pistachio pieces, with ice cream available as an addition. Everything is made to order, so egg waffles take about 5 minutes and grid cakes about 10 minutes before pickup. Grid cakes can feel soft rather than crisp.
