Coffee Analog is a cafe and bar near Prince Edward Station and Yau Ma Tei in Hong Kong that serves coffee and whisky together. It makes espresso, americano, and long black with beans that have no acidity, and when you order a pour-over, the staff ask your preference and choose the beans for you. The shop stays quiet even when full, and you can move from coffee to whisky in one sitting. Tables are small and the space is not large, so it suits groups of four or fewer.
