Big Grains Bakery

Big Grains Bakery is a handmade bakery selling bread, cakes, and egg tarts, with branches in areas of Hong Kong including Jordan and Wan Chai. Its products use Asian ingredients, such as pistachio snow mountain bread filled with pistachio cream and taro lava custard buns. The work space and oven equipment are visible inside the store, and the Earl Grey scones can be received warmed. Prices are on the higher side compared to ordinary bakeries.
