BASAO is a tea shop on Moon Street in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. It focuses on oolong and matcha, served with pineapple cake and egg rolls. When you order tea, the staff show the brewing process step by step and bring a hot wet towel first. There is no coffee, only tea.
