SOMM

SOMM is a restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Central, Hong Kong, next to Amber, serving course meals with wine pairings. The meal starts with a bread basket that includes sourdough and small bites, then moves on to a main course and dessert. In the evening, guests can choose between a course with wine pairing and a set menu. When reservations are full, a table is not available right away and the wait can run about 10 minutes.
