Socio Hong Kong

Socio Hong Kong is an upcycling bar in Central Soho that serves cocktails. It recycles leftover ingredients from nearby restaurants to make cocktails inspired by Asia-Pacific ingredients. Oyster Shell is made by dissolving oyster shells in salt and vinegar, and puff pastry is also on the menu. In the evening the bar can fill up or have a line, so seating is limited.
