Juji

Juji is a bar in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, serving Kagoshima A5 black-haired wagyu sukiyaki and skewers. The sukiyaki broth is made by melting cotton candy on a griddle and mixing it with a house sauce. Staff cook the wagyu in front of you, and you dip it in a foamed ranou egg. The entrance is hard to spot, so you have to find the elevator in the alley, and there are two private rooms for four people.
