Club Bâtard

Club Bâtard is a members-only social club on Pedder Street in Central, with a private dining space visited by invitation. The kitchen serves Chinese dishes alongside items such as lamb burgers and tomato tart, with a range of wines. The wine collection is held in a glass-walled cellar storing more than 10,000 bottles. No old Springbank whisky is available.
