Bar Butler

Bar Butler is a bar in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, on Mody Road. It serves Japanese-style cocktails and whisky, with cocktails such as martinis, old fashioneds and gin fizzes made on the fifth floor and whisky handled on the sixth. An onion soup is served as a welcome item, ice is brought in from Japan, and the bartender explains the taste of each cocktail. The venue is not large and does not have many seats.
