Amuse

Amuse is a bar restaurant on Shanghai Street in Jordan, Hong Kong, serving German-style pork knuckle, Western snacks and cocktails. The signature German salt pork knuckle is deboned, sliced and served with mustard sauce, and two glasses of lemon tea come with the order. From Sunday to Thursday between 4pm and 8pm, following the venue on Instagram gives a discount on selected food items. Seating is divided into sofa seats, long tables and high bar tables, and the entrance is not easy to spot.
