Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store is a department store connected directly to the Odori Station underground walkway in Sapporo. Its basement food floors and luxury brand counters can be visited together, and the food area carries Hokkaido dried seafood, dairy products, boxed meals and desserts, with octopus legs lightly cooked, sliced and packed for takeout. On the 9th floor, events featuring Hokkaido food such as rice bowls, sweets, ice cream and cheese are held often, and the 10th-floor restaurant area looks out over Odori Park. The basement food floors hold more to see than the upper floors.
