NODE

NODE is a cafe inside a hotel in central Sapporo that serves drip coffee, lattes, and toast using its own roasted beans. Customers choose from several beans, and the coffee is brewed by hand-drip and served with a tasting note sheet. It opens earlier than other cafes, has around eight seats, and a drum and performance stage sit at the back. The entrance is reached by following a corridor from the hotel entrance, which makes it hard to find at first.
