Gyokusuien

Kyokusuien is a tea and ice cream shop within walking distance of Odori Park in Sapporo, and it is also close to Sapporo Station and Susukino. It serves Hokkaido soft-serve ice cream with matcha, red bean, and hojicha pastes, including a three-flavor combination. The shop has operated since the 1930s and serves warm hojicha or green tea alongside the ice cream, explaining how the tea is brewed. Tea aroma fills the inside of the shop.
