Bar Penguin Dang is a small bar in Sapporo that serves parfaits alongside whiskey. The salt caramel and matcha parfaits come topped with cookies, dalgona, and jelly. Penguin decorations fill the interior, and the parfaits include a penguin-shaped snack. Seats are unavailable for entry late at night.
