Bakery Harry is a bakery near the entrance of the Sapporo Moiwa-san Ropeway, selling high-hydration shokupan and other breads. Its signature items are the high-hydration shokupan, Shizuku, a shrimp mayo sandwich, and raw donuts. Inside there are about five tables and a toaster for warming bread, and customers pick their bread by opening the glass door themselves. By around 2 p.m., most of the bread is gone.
