Robataya Kushiro is an izakaya in Sapporo that serves seafood such as grilled atka mackerel, oysters and scallops, along with charcoal-grilled dishes. The chef grills the food at a hearth in front of the counter, turning out atka mackerel, butter-grilled potatoes, fried corn and shishamo. Reservations are made through Google Maps, and the available booking times run in 30-minute slots from 5 p.m. until around 6 p.m. The entrance is hard to find.
