Utari Yakizakana is a robatayaki izakaya in Sapporo that serves grilled fish and seafood. At the center of the room, a hearth is used to grill atka mackerel, shishamo, and shrimp. Online reservations open one month in advance, and walk-in guests are taken down inside and then wait in line outside. The menu is on the expensive side.
