Yakunja

Yakunja is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant on the sixth floor of the Hiroshima Full Focus Building in Matsubaracho, Minami Ward, Hiroshima. It sits inside the food hall Hiroshima Okonomi Monogatari Ekimae Hiroba, which is in front of Hiroshima Station. The okonomiyaki is grilled on a long teppan counter and contains thick cabbage and thin noodles. The sauce is thick and leans sweet.
