Momichan

Momichan is on the sixth floor of Ekimae Hiroba, a dining area near Hiroshima Station that holds several okonomiyaki shops. The restaurant cooks Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki at the griddle in front of you, layering cabbage and noodles over a thin batter. The building's sixth-floor location makes the shop hard to find at first. Orders are cooked on the griddle in front of the customer.
