Yuzuya Ryokan Isshinkyo

Yuzuya Ryokan's Japanese restaurant sits next to Yasaka Shrine in Gion, Kyoto. The seasonal obanzai is served in small portions across several small dishes, and the meal ends with yuzu-flavored yuzu porridge after the tai shabu. With a prior reservation, guests can sit at tatami seats facing the garden, and staff serve the tai shabu for the first helping. One room inside looks out onto a waterfall.
