Takei is a small Japanese home-style restaurant in Kyoto that serves tofu set meals and ramen, within walking distance of Fushimi Inari Shrine. The tofu set meals, made by the grandmother herself, and the ramen with a clean, light broth are the main dishes. There are five counter seats and two low tables, and orders can be placed using a foreign-language menu. The restaurant has been in operation for over 27 years, and because the space is very small, there are not many seats.
