Saami

Yosei Saami is a traditional ryotei in Kyoto that serves kaiseki, located next to Maruyama Park. The courses use restrained seasoning to bring out the ingredients themselves, and the table setting reflects Japanese customs. Meals are served in a large private room with a view of an indoor garden or the garden. Reservations are made online, and prices are on the high side.
