Otowa Saryo

Otowasairo is a Japanese restaurant near Kiyomizu-dera in Kyoto. It serves unagi donburi, soba, and udon sets, along with matcha and hojicha desserts. Diners can eat while looking at the garden from the window seats and terrace, and waits of four to five parties form even on weekdays. Portions are on the small side.
