Motose

Motose is a Japanese kaiseki restaurant in Gion Hanamikoji, Kyoto, serving seasonal fish, jibie, and beef dishes. It offers a 10-course chef's selection with ricotta cheese pudding as dessert. Guests take off their shoes at the entrance; the first floor has a counter with about 10 seats and the second floor has a private bar. Prices are on the higher side.
