Koyori

Koyori is a one-person sushi restaurant on a quiet alley near Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka in Kyoto's Higashiyama Ward. It serves only sushi, in two set options, A and B, built around thick cuts of fish. The owner handles both cooking and serving alone and explains the fish using a book, and in some cases food has taken 30 to 40 minutes to arrive. A set is about 7 to 8 pieces, which is a small amount for an adult man.
