Itoh Dining

Itoh Dining is a steakhouse near the Kyoto Canal in Kyoto that grills Kobe beef and wagyu on a teppan. Courses move through salad, pasta, and dessert while the chef grills the meat in front of you. A meal takes about one to one and a half hours, and window seats look out onto the water. Reservations are required in advance, and the service is businesslike.
