Ichiren KYOTO is a yuzu ramen shop in a alley next to a Starbucks near Kiyomizu-dera in Kyoto. The ramen uses a tonkotsu and soy sauce base with yuzu sauce on the side, so you can adjust the flavor to your taste. There is no wait right after opening, but the shop gets busy enough to queue later. The yuzu aroma is strong, so it may not suit you if you expect a standard ramen.
