Ichikawa is a counter sushi shop near Shinnen-zaka in Kyoto. Sushi comes in sets of 10 or 15 pieces, and wasabi is served on the side. The shop has only counter seating, with room for about eight people, and payment is by cash. With few seats, there are times when no table is available.
