Hikiniku to Come (Kyoto)

Hikiniku to Kome Kyoto is a restaurant in Gion, Kyoto that serves hambagu. Each meal comes with three meat patties and rice, with the patties brought out one after another and the rice mixed with spices, sauce, egg yolk and soy sauce to vary the flavor. On-site registration starts at 9 a.m. and the first seating is at 11 a.m., so you choose your preferred time slot. Without a reservation, it is difficult to eat at the time you want.
